Week Planner
Planning and delivering all programming for the week ahead is quick and easy using the CUBA Schedule’s set reusable templates. Different weekly plans can be created using templates for regular changes in the programming scheme, such as holidays. The programme scheme consists of transmission blocks containing the main broadcasting content, for example a movie, as well as all commercial breaks, promo breaks, or programme announcements.
Block Planner
Transmission blocks are fi lled with content with CUBA Schedule‘s Block Planner. Lists of content from external planning systems, such as a marketing agency’s plan for commercial breaks, can also be imported to a block. Using the advanced search features of CUBA Archive, block planning can be done quickly and easily. After the weekly block planning is fi nalised, it can be exported with the completed week plan and all meta information from CUBA Scheduler to EPG’s, TV listing magazines or websites.
Reporting
All logged information aggregated in planning and playout are logged in CUBA Schedule and can be exported as reports in many different formats.
User Interface
The user interface allows you to view weekly and monthly plans down to transmission blocks and individual clips allowing for full schedule control.
